Location is fantastic, just a block from Bourbon Street, but we had issues with a leaky toilet in our room. The staff was helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. Valet parking is $40 per night, which adds up quickly. No fridge in the room was inconvenient. Cleanliness was okay, but the carpet felt dated. Nice indoor pool was a plus.

Location is perfect, just steps from Bourbon Street. Valet parking is mandatory and expensive, adding to the overall cost.

Amazing view of the Mississippi River from our room. Awesome location, easy walk to Bourbon and Frenchman Street. Staff is super friendly, especially Herb and Greg K. Comfortable beds, clean rooms with all the amenities like free WiFi, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Loved the fitness center too.

Great location and clean rooms but noisy with weak Wi-Fi.

The room was clean, with comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. Temperature control was adequate, allowing for a pleasant environment. there was no fridge or microwave, which would have been convenient. I found the noise level manageable, but occasional disturbances could be heard from the hallway. Housekeeping knocked a bit too early, around 8 am, which was disruptive. The room showed some signs of age with flaking paint in the bathroom, and the overall aesthetic felt a little tired. The absence of a hairdryer was also noticeable. A bit more attention to these details would enhance the stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with my mom's mobility needs. The pool is heated and clean, perfect for a relaxing dip. The location is superb, right in the heart of all the action.
The breakfast options were non-existent, which was a bummer.

The location is unbeatable—just a block from Bourbon Street, close to local eateries and the river. Spacious room, comfortable bed, and good WiFi stood out. Staff was mostly accommodating, especially Ty, who provided excellent recommendations. The pool and fitness area looked inviting, though we didn't use them. the initial room mix-up was frustrating. The first room lacked accessibility features, and cleanliness could improve. The noise levels at night were disruptive, partly due to sirens and an ice machine nearby. The tub had mold, and the drains were slow; although, maintenance responded quickly. Valet parking is pricey but convenient. A wonderful stay marred by a few operational hiccups.

The staff at Wyndham New Orleans French Quarter truly shine. From the welcoming doorman, Stafford, to the accommodating reception team, every interaction was friendly and attentive. The hotel’s central location lets you easily explore the vibrant French Quarter, making it a delightful base for your trip.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning to combat the heat. Location-wise, everything in the French Quarter was an easy walk. the front desk staff felt indifferent and cold, making interactions awkward. I appreciated Dahlia's help with tours, but the lack of a restaurant and the added fees for amenities left a sour note. Hallways had a musty smell, and the bathtub was in dire need of an update. There's potential here, but more attention to guest experience and a thorough refresh would go a long way.

This hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from the lively Bourbon Street and a quick stroll away from the beautiful Jackson Square, giving you easy access to the vibrant heart of the French Quarter and nearby attractions such as the National WWII Museum and the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas;

It wasn't cheap, but totally worth it.

The air conditioning was a nightmare! We either froze or sweated, and the humidity was unbearable. We didn’t sleep at all. Came back home with sinus issues—definitely not what I expected from a hotel stay. Disappointing!

Great location close to the French Quarter and convention center. The staff was exceptional, making the stay enjoyable. Security was top-notch, and delicious food options were all around. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to transportation.
Housekeeping was overzealous, constantly knocking on the door despite the Do Not Disturb sign. The lack of in-room amenities like a refrigerator or microwave was disappointing for the price paid.

The room we stayed in was equipped with basic amenities like an iron and ironing board, which was convenient for making sure our clothes were wrinkle-free throughout our trip. The heating and air conditioning worked well, allowing us to adjust the temperature to our liking. one downside was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a nice touch for early mornings or late nights. There was a small sitting area in the room, but unfortunately, we didn't have a patio to relax outside. The free toiletries provided were standard, nothing extraordinary but got the job done. The room also had an AM/FM alarm clock that helped us wake up on time, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The carpeted floor in the room could have used a thorough cleaning, as it had a musty old smell that triggered my allergies. I had a hard time getting comfortable and felt like the room needed a deep clean. The housekeeping service was prompt in making up the beds and cleaning the room, but there were still areas that seemed neglected, like the dirt and hair behind the toilet. As for the valet parking, it was quite expensive at $40.00 a day, which added up to our overall bill significantly. The location of the hotel was convenient, right on the edge of the French Quarter, but it was not very comfortable for disabled individuals due to difficulties with access from the parking garage. while the price was reasonable and the hotel was in a good location, there were some cleanliness issues and unexpected expenses that detracted from the overall experience. If I were to visit again, I would consider looking for accommodations with more comprehensive amenities and a greater focus on cleanliness.

Indulging in a variety of flavors at the restaurant event was like a food marathon - a glutton's dream. The museum's art made my head spin in the best way possible. My room had a desk, making my business trip feel thrillingly official.
Who needs clean hand towels anyway? .

It was like swimming in the deep blue sea without getting wet!
My wife says that family-friendly activities could enhance the experience.

Location was prime , close to the action, with Canal St to the left and Bourbon St nearby. Clean rooms with comfy beds made for a pleasant stay during Christmas.
Not impressed with the lack of pool facilities , no showers or changing rooms. Homeless people lingering outside were off, putting.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel for our first-time visit to New Orleans. The location was perfect, with easy access to Canal St and Bourbon St for karaoke and casino fun. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities like the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. it was a great choice for our Mardi Gras experience.
The lack of a refrigerator and microwave in our room, which would have been convenient for storing insulin and baby supplies.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's central location, just a block away from Bourbon St. This made it easy to explore the French Quarter and nearby attractions without needing a car. The price was reasonable and reflected the basic amenities provided. I appreciated the convenience and savings from not needing a car during my stay. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Sharks everywhere, stingrays gliding by - totally epic! Plus, the central location meant we could hit up all the coolest spots in NOLA just by walking.
Would've been lit if there was a rooftop party area at the hotel for us young party animals to keep the vibe going after hitting the town! .
